Once you have imported the student roster, you may import their photos.

You will need a folder with the photos of your students.
Each student will be named using their student id number.
The folder should be zip'd for transfer.

You may import the zip file through AirDrop, an email attachment or using a repository such as DropBox.

A standard Airdrop dialog will pop up with all the devices available in the immediate area. Choose Copy to School ID.

You are required to have a subscription for this feature.

Accept the data on the target device by selecting "Import". Now you have a consolidated list of all students with photos.

You may use a number of filters to get to students of interest.

    "All" presents all student/pictures.
"Pic" presents only students with pictures. "No Pic" presents students missing pictures.

A standard Airdrop dialog will pop up with all the devices available in the immediate area. Choose a device and send the data to it one teacher/admin at a time.

Note: A device must be "awake" in order to show it's icon/name in the AirDrop network.

Accept the data on the target device by selecting "SchoolID".

If sent as an email, simply open the email and copy the attachment to the phone.
